Fortune was a funky family-owned label that released blues, R&B and country material. They reissued most of their material many times over the years; but the early original releases are distinguished by thick vinyl. The closest they got to a hit was "Village Of Love" by Nathaniel Mayer in 1962 which went to #1 in Detroit.
