Capitol and Cameo/Parkway both issued a small series of albums featuring covers with a little pouch in the
front cover containing a 45. It's interesting that the Capitol albums featured a 45 by a different artist
than was on the album! I guess it was meant as a promotion, but probably got to be too expensive and a
little confusing, hence the limited titles.
It is also interesting that the recent Sundazed reissue of the Surfink album didn't include a pocket or a 45.
