#30: Combo Records
"Vino" by Joe Houston

Combo was an R&B label from L.A. in the late '50s. I love the raucous sounds and the "homemade" album covers. The semi-nude Chuck Higgins cover is very collectible. Two more releases are listed on the back of an album, but I've never seen them: LP 700 "The Sounds Of Jimmy O'Brien," and LP 800 "Way Out East," whatever that is.
