The "Town Hall Party" and "Ranch Party" shows were a staple of the Los Angeles area radio and television in the
mid to late '50s. They had an amazing house band that included Tex Ritter, Johnny Bond, Joe Maphis, Merle Travis
and the Collins Kids among others. They also featured traveling country and rockabilly artists who were on tour in
