Big Legal Mess is a relatively new subsidiary of Fat Possum Records. In 2015 they released a series of albums taken from live tapes recorded by George Mitchell in 1967. Most of the artists were unknown even to blues fans. Big Legal Mess has done an excellent job of packaging these distinctive albums. APO has also featured some relatively unknown Blues artists and featured tasty packaging.
