This was a popular and ambitious 10" LP project by Columbia Records in 1955-56. I've shown some of my favorites, but there are over 100 titles from #CL 2501 to CL 2606. Note that the Mahalia Jackson album doesn't have the House Party emblem on the cover, even though it's part of this series. Somebody must have figured that gospel was serious business!
